Description
I kept trying glow in the dark paints, and I never liked the texture, the coverage, or the luminescence I got. Then I discovered the fluorescent and glowing nail dipping powders, and I started experimenting. After many attempts, I found that UV resin allowed me to paint with the powders while keeping the shape. This pink jellyfish was my first successful glowing artwork, and I took the photo under a UV light to show off the glow.
