Artist's Description
A tender moment is captured between two giraffes, a mother and its offspring, their faces close together in a gentle interaction. The colors are natural and earthy, suggesting a soft and affectionate bond shared between the animals, while gentle brushstrokes add to the warmth of the scene. This painting from my Animals in Love series was painted entirely in the car during a road trip to see the total solar eclipse. Don't worry! I wasn't driving.
