Description
Elephants love the romance of a beautiful sunset just as much as we do. At least I hope they do, because it makes a cool painting! For this piece, I drew the elephants and used liquid latex around them before filling them with resin and black pigment. Once they cured, I removed the latex and painted the sky. Then I used fluorescent red pigment and resin to fill the sky so it really glows. A final layer of resin gives a smooth polish to this three-dimensional silhouette.
