Based on the photo by Isabelle Etzel, this jellyfish gracefully drifts through blue water, its tentacles trailing vivid and intricate patterns. It's not easy to paint a transparent creature, and it's even more difficult to paint it neon, but this painful yet beautiful animal glows under black light and UV light.
